馬啣箭 is the nickname for COLT revolvers used by the Hong Kong Police Force. Uniformed personnel used the COLT POLICE POSITIVE in .38 S&W LRN (not .38 Special) from around 1961 to 1983( G+ d+ C- c5 R' }

Detectives in the HKPF are issued with the COLT DETECTIVE SPECIAL with 158 grain .38 Special LRN rounds since 1976, the ammunition was upgraded to 125 grain .38 Special +P JHP in 1993, along with Uniform Branch revolvers.
